Salomé Aguilar currently serves as the Global Vice President of Analytics & Insights at the LEGO Group, starting in September 2024. Previously, Aguilar held the position of Global Vice President at Nike from December 2020 to September 2024, where leadership involved a multidisciplinary team focused on enhancing consumer experiences across Nike’s direct-to-consumer ecosystem. Aguilar also served as Co-Chair of Nike's Latinx Employee Resource Group, championing initiatives for the Latinx community within the company. Prior to Nike, Aguilar held various senior roles at Walmart Global Tech and Walmart between 2012 and 2020, focusing on product management and customer insights. Early career experience includes a Global Account Manager role at Ipsos. Aguilar holds a Master’s degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Universidad Internacional del Ecuador.
