Sergey Vasyagin

Sergey Vasyagin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sustainability reporting, finance, and business analysis. Currently serving as the Sustainability Reporting Manager at the LEGO Group since July 2016, Sergey has been instrumental in managing sustainability data processes and providing a solid foundation for Sustainability and ESG reporting. Prior roles at the LEGO Group include Finance Manager for LEGO Retail, Strategic Portfolio Manager, and Project Portfolio System Manager, where Sergey focused on financial insights, commercial strategy reporting, and portfolio health. Prior to joining the LEGO Group, Sergey held various positions at Maersk Oil, including Senior Analyst and BI Product Owner, where significant contributions were made in production optimization and business intelligence solutions. Earlier professional experience includes a Business Analyst role at ASB – Reiting – Center and a Consultant position at the Union of controllers. Sergey holds two master's degrees from Bauman Moscow State Technical University in Management and Engineering.
