Søren Nørgaard

Søren Nørgaard is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience at the LEGO Group since 2012, where notable roles include Senior Director in Partner & Markets Technology and Education & Consumer Technology. Nørgaard has spearheaded departments focused on Big Data Solutions and digital innovation initiatives. Prior to this, positions held included Director of Business Innovation Solutions and Commerce Solutions, and CIT Marketing Enterprise Architecture. Nørgaard's career with LEGO System A/S also involved significant contributions as a Solution Architect and Regional IT Manager for the Asia/Pacific region. Earlier experience includes serving as a platoon commander in the Danish Army and various roles in IT consulting. Nørgaard holds a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Southern Denmark, a Bachelor's in Logistics from OTH Regensburg, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Aarhus University.
