Sylvia Feichtinger

Sylvia Feichtinger is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in design direction and innovation across leading companies. As the Design Director and Head of System and Material Innovation at the LEGO Group since October 2022, Sylvia has previously held key roles including Senior Design Manager at Peloton Interactive, where leadership of the global CMF and Visualization team was emphasized, and Design Director at NIO, where a multidisciplinary innovation team was built to explore advanced concepts in mobility. Additional roles at Logitech, Microsoft, and Nokia contributed to the development of design strategies and trends, showcasing proficiency in fostering creative cultures and driving collaborative design processes. Sylvia holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Product Design from FH Joanneum.
