Tracy Yu

Tracy Yu is an experienced professional in organizational learning and development, currently serving as a Senior People Manager at the LEGO Group since April 2019. In this role, Tracy has led global learning strategies, developed a consumer experience quality framework, and created innovative professional development programs for LEGO Education across various regions. Tracy's previous experience includes a Director position at DaDa, overseeing teacher training and professional development, and extensive roles at EF Education First, focusing on recruitment, training, and quality assurance.
