Kathryn Holmes

Kathryn Holmes (MCIPD) is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Manager at The Lensbury Resort since January 2022, where Kathryn leads the HR function as part of the Executive team. Prior to this role, Kathryn held positions at IHG Hotels & Resorts as an HR Advisor, and at De Vere Horsley Estate as Director of Human Resources, overseeing a significant portfolio of properties. Additional experience includes serving as HR Manager at Selfridges and HR Manager at Harvey Nichols, as well as HR Administrator at Pret A Manger. Kathryn holds an MA in Personnel & Development from the University of Westminster and a BA in French Studies from the University of Warwick.
