Currently serving as a UX Designer and Product Owner at The Lettings Hub since July 2016, Amy focuses on enhancing user experience and product development while also managing marketing and communications. Prior to this role, Amy worked at LetRisks from November 2013 to July 2016, where responsibilities included positions as Marketing Executive and Marketing Assistant, contributing to the growth and communication strategies of the organization. Amy's expertise lies in delivering value-added services tailored for the lettings industry, aimed at improving income opportunities and operational efficiencies for letting agents.
