Under Heidi's leadership, The Lettings Hub has developed technology-driven products and services designed to streamline the lettings process for agents, landlords, and tenants, featuring innovative solutions such as the free pre-tenancy platform, BOX. Prior to this role, Heidi was the Sales and Operations Director at HomeLet from November 2004 to March 2012, where valuable expertise in sales and operational management was gained.
