Carrie Crabb has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Carrie started their career in 2000 as a Regional Director at the American Heart Association, where they led various fundraising events and managed community public relations. From 2003 to 2005, they served as a Trainer/Analyst, mastering multiple software systems and providing support and training to affiliate staff. Carrie then took on progressively more senior roles within the organization, including Director of Customer Management & Strategies from 2005 to 2007 and Director of Customer Strategies from 2007 to 2009. As a Consultant, Customer Strategies from 2009 to 2010, they implemented effective online strategies for the Heart Walk program. From 2010 to 2015, they worked as a Customer Online Systems Strategist, collaborating and implementing effective online strategies nationally. In 2016, they joined The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society as the VP of Campaign Intelligence, and in 2019, they transitioned to the role of VP of Campaign Development - Digital Transformation.

Carrie Crabb completed their high school education at Ware County High School from 1992 to 1996, where they earned their High School Diploma. Carrie then pursued further education at Georgia Southern University from 1996 to 2000, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Communications and Psychology.
