Cathie Nicholson is a seasoned real estate professional with over 10 years of experience in the Colorado market, currently serving as a Realtor and Broker Associate with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices since 2010. In addition to a successful real estate career, Cathie actively contributes to the community as a volunteer coach for Girls on the Run of the Rockies and as an assistant coach for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team In Training program, raising significant funds for blood cancer research. Formerly a Level 1 Crossfit trainer, Cathie is dedicated to helping athletes achieve their goals. Cathie holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Interior Design from Arapahoe Community College.
