Jessica Bagniewski

Jessica Bagniewski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in event coordination, membership services, and human resources. Currently serving as the Business Manager at Integrity Fire Protection and Consulting since August 2019, Jessica plays a key role in risk assessment and fire safety engineering. Prior to this role, Jessica was the Director of Events and Membership Services at The Greater Westfield Area Chamber of Commerce, where responsibilities included organizing community events, managing membership databases, and cultivating stakeholder relationships. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Membership Services at State Union, where Jessica revitalized conventions and managed fundraising efforts, as well as working as a Crew and Volunteer Coordinator for The Ride to Conquer Cancer. Jessica’s career also includes a human resources role at Eden Autism Services and teaching health and physical education at North Hunterdon High School. Educated at The College of New Jersey, Jessica combines strong organizational skills with a commitment to community engagement and development.
