Tricia Hernandez

Tricia Hernandez has over 20 years of experience in community engagement and patient access, currently serving as the Director of Community Engagement at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society since December 2014. In this role, Tricia has coordinated the implementation of a Salesforce platform to enhance community support and led initiatives to engage underserved and minoritized communities. Tricia's previous positions include various managerial roles at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, where significant contributions were made to adolescent and young adult programming and increasing mission awareness. Prior experiences encompass leadership roles at Spectrum Community Services, with a focus on financial management and community resource coordination, and operations management at the National Mental Health Association of Georgia, emphasizing advocacy for mental health legislation. Tricia holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Georgia Southern University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Clemson University.
