Yuliya Sorkina

Yuliya Sorkina is an experienced Technical Designer with a comprehensive background in the apparel industry, specializing in both knit and woven garments. Since April 2021, Yuliya has been with The Levy Group, taking on technical design responsibilities. Prior experience includes roles at G-III for brands such as DKNY and Karl Lagerfeld, where Yuliya managed the technical design process from pre-fit to production between July 2017 and February 2020. Additionally, Yuliya worked as a Freelance Technical Designer for various companies, including FILA and Aeropostale, and held a significant position at Polo Ralph Lauren for almost a decade, focusing on men's big and tall apparel. Educational qualifications were obtained from the Fashion Institute of Technology between 1990 and 1994, emphasizing a strong foundation in fashion design and technology.
