Colin Doyle

Colin Doyle is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare evaluation and research. Currently serving as Managing Director at The Lewin Group since September 2017, Colin serves as the Technical Lead for evaluations of advanced payment models for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, having previously held leadership roles in claims data and analysis for the CMS Oncology Care Model. Prior to this, Colin worked at the Institute for Defense Analyses from June 2003 to November 2016 as a Managing Consultant and Research Staff Member, leading multidisciplinary teams to provide empirical insights to senior government officials. Colin holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Maryland and additional qualifications from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and University College Dublin.
