Eli Cutler is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data science and economics. Currently serving as the Director of Evaluation, Economics, and Predictive Modeling at The Lewin Group since April 2024, Eli previously held the position of Senior Data Scientist at HealthEdge from August 2020 to April 2024. Eli's earlier roles include Product Data Scientist at Qventus, Inc., where work focused on developing scalable causal inference methodologies and predictive models for inpatient care management, and Data Scientist at Truven Health Analytics, contributing to multiple health services research studies with 13 peer-reviewed journal publications. Eli also served as an Adjunct Lecturer at Suffolk University and worked as a Research Assistant at The Beacon Hill Institute, co-authoring a policy report on charter school efficacy. Eli earned a Ph.D. in Economics from Suffolk University and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Connecticut.
