Michelle Kloc

Michelle Kloc serves as a Managing Consultant at The Lewin Group, specializing in the Maryland Primary Care Program Model. With extensive experience in health policy and program evaluation, Kloc previously held leadership roles at Altarum Institute, including Deputy Practice Area Leader overseeing projects with a significant budget, and roles in research and management for Department of Defense contracts. Early career experiences include roles as a Graduate Policy Fellow at Women In Government and research assistant at George Mason University, complemented by nursing positions at Inova Health System and other healthcare institutions. Kloc holds a PhD in Health Policy from George Mason University and degrees in Health Systems Administration and Nursing.
