Sam Masters

Sam Masters is a seasoned professional in health economics and policy, currently serving as Vice President at The Lewin Group since September 2021. Previously, Sam held significant roles at RTI International from December 2016 to September 2021, including Senior Economist and Manager and Health Services Researcher. A background in statistical consulting at the Odum Institute and graduate research assistance at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill further enhanced expertise. Early career experiences include a Post Bachelor Fellowship and a Research Analyst position at the University of Washington. Sam Masters earned a Ph.D. in Health Policy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, complemented by a Master of Public Health in Global Health - Metrics and Evaluation and a Bachelor of Science in Economics, both from the University of Washington.
