Jeb Elmore

Jeb Elmore is a seasoned professional in land acquisition and development with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Vice President and Managing Director of Acquisitions at Lewis Operating Corporation since August 2011, Jeb oversees land acquisition in the Sacramento and Bay Area. Previous roles include Director of Land at Reynen & Bardis, where responsibilities encompassed managing land acquisition and development in Central Valley/Sacramento, and Director of Acquisition and Entitlements for Shea Homes, focusing on the Sacramento Division. Jeb has also held project management positions at Reynen & Bardis, K Hovnanian, and River West Investments, where leadership involved overseeing significant residential projects. Jeb began the professional journey as a Staff Geologist at ESS after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from UC Santa Barbara in 1997.
