Rich Budka has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the technology industry. Rich currently serves as the Chief Transformation Officer at The Lewis Group. Prior to that, they worked at XSITE LLC as the CFO and Principal Systems Engineer/Architect. At XSITE LLC, they were responsible for financial analysis, accounting, budgets, and securing new business opportunities. Before that, Budka was a Partner and Vice President at Customer Inspired Solutions, LLC, where they shaped the business strategy and secured contracts. Rich also held multiple positions at Lockheed Martin, including Director of IS&GS Advanced Concepts and Systems Engineering, Architecture & Analysis Lead for the NGA Systems Integration Program. In these roles, they were involved in strategic planning, technology investments, and program management.
Rich Budka earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University from 1989 to 1993. Rich later pursued an MBA in Marketing and Management at Saint Joseph's University from 1997 to 2000.
