Prior to this role, Antony held several positions at Mitchells & Butlers PLC, including Retail Business Manager for 10 All Bar One sites in London and the South, as well as General Manager at Browns Bristol. Additional experience includes serving as General Manager at BrewDog and Bill's Restaurants. Antony has a Higher National Diploma in Operations and Departmental Management, achieved from Lifetime between 2019 and 2021.
