Jeremy Spencer is an experienced Operations Manager in the Pubs and Inns industry. Jeremy joined The Liberation Group in September 2020 and previously served as an Area Manager at Young & Co's Brewery for 14 years. Jeremy has extensive experience in leading and managing multiple development projects and overseeing business performance. Prior to their role at Young & Co's Brewery, Jeremy held the position of Operations Director at Food and Drink Group where Jeremy played a key role in strategic changes and acquisitions within the company. Additionally, Jeremy worked as a Senior Operations Manager at The Slug and Lettuce Group, where Jeremy successfully managed a national high street brand and led a team of operations managers and executives.
