Margaret O'Brien

Margaret O'Brien serves as the Chief Legal Officer and Secretary at The Liberty Company Insurance Brokers, LLC since 2022, recognized as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and leading a team overseeing legal and compliance matters. Prior to this role, Margaret was General Counsel, Deputy General Counsel, and Director of Compliance at Risk Strategies Company from 2014 to 2022, where the development of legal and compliance functions was a key achievement. Previous experience includes serving as General Counsel and Senior Vice President at DeWitt Stern from 2007 to 2014, and Corporate Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Senior Vice President at First American Title Insurance Company of New York from 1997 to 2007, where important regulatory responses were managed.
