Robert Jadon

Robert Jadon serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Innovation Officer at The Liberty Company Insurance Brokers, LLC, where responsibilities include leading technology transformation and AI initiatives for the fastest-growing privately held insurance brokerage in the U.S. As the Founder and Executive Director of Startup UCLA, Jadon has significantly contributed to the entrepreneurship ecosystem at UCLA through experiential education programs. Previous experience includes co-founding NeuralX, focusing on motion analytics, and founding Stoney Point Ventures, which specialized in growth capital investments in technology companies. Jadon also held key roles at Altpoint Ventures, Ruffalo Noel Levitz, and ScaleFunder, along with active participation as an angel investor supporting early-stage startups. Jadon earned an education from UCLA.
