Suzanne Dodge

Suzanne Dodge, SPHR, currently serves as the Senior Vice President and National HR Consulting Practice Leader for The Liberty Company Insurance Brokers, Inc. since May 2022 and is a member of Chief, a private network aimed at empowering women executives. With extensive experience in human resources, Dodge previously held positions as Vice President of National HR Consulting at Risk Strategies Company from 2011 to 2022, and Vice President of Human Resources at Perry-Smith LLP from 2008 to 2011. Dodge began an independent consulting practice in 2004, offering HR guidance to various industries, and held VP of Human Resources roles at Benefit Street Partners and multiple organizations in the late '90s. Dodge holds a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science & Sociology from San José State University.
