Amy Ferguson

Amy Ferguson started their career as a clerk and delivery person at Stuck and Alger Pharmacy after graduating from Jefferson High School. Amy then worked at various places like Gold's Gym, Pizza Hut as a delivery representative, Jumpin' Java as a barista/training manager, and served as a branch manager at Martinsburg - Berkeley County Public Libraries. Amy transitioned into the tech industry and worked as a customer support representative at The Library Corporation before becoming an Assistant Product Owner. Currently, Amy holds the position of Senior Technical Writer at The Library Corporation, leveraging their experience to provide exceptional customer service to the library community.
