As Director of Client Services, Jennifer Watson oversees the Client Services department for Library•Solution, managing the day-to-day operations of the customer support and success teams. She enjoys making connections with customers and helping libraries achieve their goals and objectives. Throughout her career, Ms. Watson has held numerous management and customer-facing positions. Ms. Watson joined TLC in 2008 as a support technician before being promoted to Client Services Manager in 2015 and then to Director of Client Services in 2022. She holds a Master of Business Administration from West Virginia University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Shepherd University.
