Mike Arroyyo

Mike Arroyyo has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Mike most recently worked as a Creative Director at Lucifer Adworks since May 2018. Prior to that, Mike served as the Marketing Manager at The LifeCo starting from May 2016.

In 2017, Mike took on the role of Director of Business Development at Mobilion, where they contributed to the company's growth until January 2018.

Before this, Mike worked as a Creative Manager at Waggon Online, leading the IT and software development teams. Mike also planned design processes with the graphics and web design departments.

Additionally, they co-founded Kahven Kapında, the world's first online coffee carrier service. Mike designed the website and developed the sales concept for the project.

In their earlier years, Mike served as the General Coordinator at desiBel Ajans, a leading PR agency in Turkey. Mike managed a 10-person team and was responsible for customer campaign and advertisement processes.

Furthermore, Mike worked as an Ecommerce Manager at Esse Housewares, overseeing the creation of their ecommerce website and planning the online sales process.

Prior to that, they served as a Creative Director at M.A.R.K.A., working on media and advertisement campaigns for major brands like Porsche, Vestel, Audi, etc. Mike also took charge of 3D animation and compositing processes for related ads.

Before joining M.A.R.K.A., Mike worked as an Art Director/Animator at Dreambox - Communication Design Studio.

Their earliest role was as an Advertising Manager at Kont Bilisim, where they led designer teams and co-planned the media approach for magazine and media advertisements.

Mike Arroyyo attended FMV Özel Işık Lisesi from 1981 to 1992, where they studied Mathematics. Mike then went on to study Interior Design at Mimar Sinan University of Fine Arts from 1993 to 1997.
