Victor Guzman Alfaro

Victor Guzman Alfaro currently serves as the Associate Director of Engineering at The Lifetime Value Co., leading high-performing teams and facilitating continuous development through mentorship and guidance since January 2020. Previously, Victor held the position of Senior Software Engineer, managing a team and acting as the technical lead on the successful launch of Bumper. Prior experience includes Software Engineer roles at BeenVerified.com, where significant performance improvements were made by migrating systems to Golang, and as a Data Engineer at Infutor Data Solutions, where Victor built data products and analyzed new data sources. Victor's career began as a Software Developer with a focus on Ruby for a startup and included an internship at GBSYS, contributing to the migration of an ERP system from Oracle Forms to Java. Victor earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Tecnológico de Costa Rica between 2008 and 2011.
