Monica Miernik began their career in 1997 as a Sales & Ops representative at Agents Midwest Ltd, where they worked until 2012. Monica then joined Brook Electric as an Account Executive, where they stayed until 2018. In 2018, Monica joined Force Partners as a Commercial Sales representative and worked there until January 2023. Starting in January 2023, they assumed the role of VP of Operations at The Lighting Digest.
Monica Miernik earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business - Operations Management & Information Systems from Loyola University Chicago from 1997 to 2001. Monica then pursued a Masters in Computer Science degree in Operations Management & Information Systems from Northern Illinois University from 2006 to 2008.

Our goal is to become a complete Ambassador for our client’s product/services line, business, mission, and company purpose. Throughout this sales method, Sales Associates from The Lighting Digest collaborate with our partners to monitor competitive market pressures, set outreach targets, develop reporting cadences, and execute an integrated marketing campaign. We are here to make a positive impact on our client’s sales rate, the industries they serve, our team and our community.
