Matthew Fracassini

Matthew Fracassini, LEED AP, is an experienced professional in the lighting design industry currently serving as an Associate and Team Leader at The Lighting Practice since July 2015. In this role, Matthew manages the workflow of an 8-10 person team, ensuring proper staffing for projects, facilitating training for new members, and conducting initial quality assurance reviews. As a Project Manager, responsibilities include developing internal resource plans to achieve project goals while maintaining high-quality work and strong client relationships. Prior to this, Matthew worked as a Lighting Designer and Project Engineer at Jaros Baum & Bolles from April 2008 to June 2015 and as an Applications Engineer at Elliptipar from March 2005 to March 2008. Matthew holds a degree from Penn State University, obtained between 1999 and 2004.
