Subbu Pichappan

Subbu Pichappan has extensive work experience in the private equity and investment banking sectors. Subbu currently holds the position of Vice President at The Lightsmith Group, where they have been working since 2022. Previously, Subbu served as a Senior Associate at Baring Private Equity Asia from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate at Insight Equity from 2014 to 2016 and as an Analyst at Wells Fargo Securities from 2013 to 2014.

Subbu Pichappan completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at The Wharton School from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, they also participated in an MBA Summer Exchange program at INSEAD. Prior to their MBA, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Economics and Finance from The Wharton School, graduating between 2009 and 2013.
