Jerry Virtuoso has extensive experience in property management, currently serving as a Resident Manager at Lightstone since March 2021. Prior to this role, Jerry held the position of Resident Manager at Douglas Elliman Real Estate from October 2017 to March 2021, where responsibilities included preventive building maintenance and repairs, along with managing vendor contacts for various projects. Jerry's career began at Rose Associates as a Porter/Doorman from June 2015 to October 2017. In addition to practical experience, Jerry holds a degree in Refrigeration Operating Engineering from Tauris Tech, earned between 2019 and 2020, specializing in Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, and Refrigeration Maintenance Technology/Technician.
