Jason Duplantis

Jason Duplantis, NHA has a comprehensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Jason most recently served as the Regional Director of Operations at The Lilac Health Group. Prior to that, they held the position of Regional Vice President of Operations at Avante Group Inc.

Jason has also worked as an Executive Director at various healthcare centers, including Brooksville Healthcare Center, Bayshore Pointe Nursing and Rehab Center, Rehabilitation Center at Park Place, Consulate Health Care of Pensacola, Heritage Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, and Spring Hill Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Throughout their career, Jason has demonstrated strong leadership skills and achieved notable success in enhancing overall performance, quality of care, and relationships with regulatory authorities and the community. Jason has expertise in labor union negotiations and campaign mitigation. Jason has a proven track record of driving success and improving the long-term growth and success of skilled nursing facilities.

Jason Duplantis, NHA completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a focus on Health Care from the University of South Florida between the years 2002 and 2008. Jason also participated in the Florida Health Care Association's Florida Leaders class of 2018, studying Leadership. Jason additionally holds a certification as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator from the State of Florida.
