William Dipaola

William DiPaola, C.F.E., currently serves as President of The Lime Truck and CEO of NHG, LLC (D.B.A. Chicken Salad Chick), overseeing franchised expansion and corporate operations in the Greater New Orleans area. DiPaola's extensive experience includes roles such as COO at Ballard Brands, President/COO at Swamp Dawg Restaurant Management Group LLC, and Vice President at Rotolo's Pizzeria. Active in various industry organizations, DiPaola holds positions on the Board of Directors for the Corporate Internship Leadership Institute and was involved with the Louisiana Restaurant Association. DiPaola holds a Master of Fine Arts in Directing and Theatrical Production from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Psychology from Adelphi University.
