I am an IT Engineer with over seven years of experience in IT support and administration, network management, compliance, and security solutions. I currently work at The Linde Group, engaging with numerous clients to leverage technology to enhance productivity and efficiency. I am certified in CompTIA A+ and Google IT Technical Support Fundamentals and highly proficient in Okta(SSO), MDM, VOIP, content-filtering, and domain migration solutions.

My passion is learning new technologies and finding innovative ways to integrate them into the existing IT infrastructure. I enjoy working with clients to understand their needs and challenges and deliver solutions that enhance their security, performance, and efficiency. I also continually practice distilling technical concepts down to more easily understood information pieces. We cannot lose sight of the human element in IT.
