Geoff Tait

Geoff Tait is an experienced professional currently serving as a Business Architect at The Lines Company since January 2025 and has been the Managing Director at Asset Altitude since April 2016, focusing on web-based software for lifecycle asset management and investment planning in the electricity sector. Previously, Geoff held senior roles in risk engineering and asset management at Mercury NZ and The Lines Company. With a rich history in research and development, Geoff's background includes positions with Fonterra, Mighty River Power, and Schering Plough, where expertise in risk analysis, commercialization, and scientific research contributed to various innovative projects. Geoff holds a PhD in Chemistry from The University of Waikato, supplemented by multiple degrees in chemistry, quality systems, and economics from esteemed institutions.
