Zach Andress

Zachary Andress is an experienced Program Manager at The Link Minnesota, overseeing program evaluation, resource allocation, and community relations since June 2020. Previously, Zachary served as a Community Navigator Case Manager, providing support to youth referred by Hennepin County Juvenile Probation. From August 2020 to June 2023, Zachary was an Adjunct Instructor at Bethany Global University, focusing on ethnographic research. As the Global Internship Site Leader for Bethany International from January 2011 to March 2020, Zachary mentored students while leading courses in Thailand. Additional experience includes roles in education and youth development in various capacities in Thailand, as well as early career positions in customer service and practical training. Zachary holds a Master of Arts in Intercultural Education and a Bachelor's Degree in Cross-Cultural Studies from Bethany Global University.
