Susanne Somerville

Susanne Somerville has over 30 years of experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Susanne began their career in 1987 as a Research Associate at Cetus Biotechnology. In 1997, they joined Genentech as a Finance, Product Planning and Analysis. Susanne then moved to Chiron Corporation in 2000 as a Manager of Operational Improvement. In 2002, they returned to Genentech as a Director of Clinical Supply Planning and Director of Supply Chain Strategic Planning. In 2009, they became the Global Head Technical Development Planning at Roche Pharmaceuticals. In 2011, they were promoted to Vice President of Supply Chain, North America at Genentech. In 2016, they founded The LinkLab and in 2017 they founded the MediLedger Project. Susanne is currently the CEO of Chronicled.

Susanne Somerville holds a BS. Eng in Chemical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara and an MBA in Business Analysis / Operations Research from San Francisco State University.
