Jason 陸宏嘉

Jason 陸宏嘉 has a solid background in mechanical engineering. Jason began their career at Phoenixtec Power Co., Ltd. in 1998, where they worked as a Mechanical Engineer, focusing on the design and verification of UPS systems. In 2003, they joined Oder Technology as a Manager in the Mechanical Department, where they continued to work on the design and verification of car infotainment systems.

In 2004, Jason moved to Qisda Corporation, assuming the role of Manager in the Automotive Solutions division. During their time there, they were responsible for mechanical design, verification, and validation of infotainment systems for both car manufacturers and aftermarket markets. Jason contributed to the development of various products, including Head Units, automotive display modules, and rear seat infotainment systems.

At Wistron Corporation, where they worked from 2010 to 2011 as a Technical Director in the Business Project Development Office, Jason focused on automotive radio-navigation-system mechanical design and verification. Jason worked on projects involving audio/video/navigation head units for VW and mobile phone car kits for Pioneer.

In 2011, Jason joined HTC as a Senior Manager in the Mechanical Design Automotive BU. Jason took charge of the mechanical design, verification, and validation of car infotainment systems and automotive accessories. Jason oversaw projects related to OBU Head Units for Luxgen, mobile phone car kits and accessories, Head Up Displays (HUD), and rear seat entertainment systems.

From 2016 to 2017, Jason worked at Actuator Solutions GmbH as a Senior Mechanical Engineer. Jason was responsible for the mechanical design, verification, and validation of Shape Memory Alloy (SMA) Actuators, specifically Closed-Loop Auto-Focus (CL-AF) modules for cameras.

Most recently, since 2018, Jason has been working at Linksys as a Senior Mechanical Engineer, where they are involved in the mechanical design and development of electromechanical devices. Jason works on all stages of product development, from initial concept to production, utilizing analytical, numerical, experimental, and DFX principles.

Jason 陸宏嘉 completed their Associate's Degree in Die Engineering Design from the National Kaohsiung University of Applied Sciences from 1989 to 1994. Jason then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Taipei University of Technology between 1994 and 1996. Later, from 2001 to 2003, Jason obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Virginia Commonwealth University.
