Jastinder Johal

Jastinder Johal has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Starting in 2008, Jastinder worked at Travis Perkins as an Asset Accountant, where they were responsible for preparing the capex budget and producing statutory accounts. They then moved on to PaperlinX in 2011 as a Management Accountant, where they prepared and distributed divisional reporting, reviewed monthly management accounts, and analyzed figures with commentary.

In 2013, Jastinder joined Phoenix as a Commercial Manager, leading the evaluation of new business opportunities and managing the commercial process. They also transformed complex pricing models into a simplified financial format. After that, in 2015, Jastinder joined Acxiom UK as a Commercial Analyst, providing business partnering with sales, delivery, and senior management. They had full responsibility for forecasting, budgeting, and reporting revenue. They also tracked sales, investigated variances, and made financial recommendations on a weekly basis.

In 2017, Jastinder shifted to a Senior Commercial Analyst role at Acxiom, where they continued their responsibilities from the previous role until 2021. Then in 2021, Jastinder joined Sustainalytics as a Reporting Specialist - Consultant. Finally, in 2022, they joined Linksys as a Finance Manager.

Throughout their career, Jastinder has gained expertise in financial management, reporting, analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and business partnering.

Jastinder Johal attended the University of Hertfordshire from 2005 to 2008 and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance. In 2012, Jastinder furthered their education by obtaining a certification from ACCA.
