Karen Chen

Karen Chen has accumulated a diverse range of work experience in the technology industry. Karen began their career in 1999 at Weblink International Inc., where they worked as a Testing Engineer. In this role, they focused on PC testing and repair, computer peripheral products testing, network products testing, and technical support. After working at Weblink for seven years, Karen joined Alcor Micro Corp in 2008 as a System Validation Engineer. Here, they conducted reliability tests on UFD, SD Card, USB Hub, Card Reader, and SSD products, including OS Compatibility, Host Compatibility, Device function tests, USB IF Logo tests, and WHQL tests. In 2011, Karen transitioned to ACTi Corporation as a Senior Test Engineer. Karen specialized in testing surveillance products such as NVR, CMS, TV Wall, Backup Server, Utilities, standalone NVR firmware, and access control systems. Karen is currently employed at Linksys as a Quality Assurance Engineer, a role that they began in 2020.

Karen Chen attended St. John's University from 2005 to 2007, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Information Management. Prior to that, they studied at Xinwu Vocational School from 1997 to 2000, specializing in Electronics Engineering.
