Clarissa Maximo

Clarissa Maximo has worked in various roles in the banking and operations industry since 2006. Clarissa began their career as a Customer Service Supervisor at World Savings Banks Institute in 2006. In 2007, they joined LINUS as the Director of Operations and was promoted to Director of Project Management in the same year. In this role, they served on the leadership team and oversaw the project management department, with their primary accountability being ensuring high project profitability through strong processes and accurate resource planning. Clarissa managed and mentored a team of three junior and senior project managers. Clarissa was then promoted to Project Manager, where they were responsible for managing their projects in a profitable way and meeting deliverable deadlines. Clarissa managed an average of 10 projects at a time, with project budgets ranging from $50K-$300K and scheduled and ran an average of four new project kick-off meetings per month. Lastly, they were a Marketing Specialist, where they managed internal projects, supported internal marketing activities, and analyzed and reported on monthly metrics for client marketing campaigns.
