Colleen Mickey

Colleen Mickey currently serves as the Director of Event Partnerships at The Linux Foundation, where responsibilities include managing event sales teams, achieving revenue targets, and coaching team members on sales strategies. Previously, Colleen held the position of Director of Event Services at The Linux Foundation, overseeing a team of 15, managing P&L for substantial event budgets, and collaborating with various departments to ensure event success. Other notable roles include Director of Events at CyberScoop and SaaStr, where Colleen managed large-scale events and multi-million dollar budgets, and Events Director at UBM Tech, responsible for event logistics for GDC Europe. Colleen's career began at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society as a Campaign Manager and included a role as Communications Coordinator at Brooklyn Law School. Colleen holds a BA in International Affairs and Environmental Studies from Northeastern University.
