Eric Chen

Eric Han-Ju Chen is a skilled software engineer with experience in various roles across prominent organizations. Currently at Union.ai, Eric works on Flytekit with a focus on ensuring accuracy in type systems using Dataclass and Pydantic BaseModel. As a Flyte Maintainer at The Linux Foundation, Eric has contributed to the development of the Agent Feature in collaboration with companies such as Spotify and HBO. Prior experience includes a Software Engineer Intern role at Synology, where Eric developed multiple camera APIs and optimized performance for surveillance systems, along with internships at Academia Sinica and ITRI, where contributions included advancements in computer vision and real-time data processing systems. Eric is pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science at National Chung Cheng University, expected to graduate in June 2024.
