Mike Dover

Mike Dover serves as the Managing Partner at Socialstruct Advisory Group, Inc., a boutique research and consulting firm specializing in Wikinomics, social media, and strategic insights since October 2009. Currently, Mike holds a position as a Research Associate at The Linux Foundation, contributing to the advancement of Linux and open-source projects. As an experienced keynote speaker, Mike covers topics such as Wikinomics, generational dynamics in business, and social networking. Additional roles include Business Board Member at the Lifeboat Foundation, authoring books on customer-driven business strategies and technology, and serving as a professor at Humber Polytechnic in various management programs. Mike has also contributed to the development of young entrepreneurs through the Next 36 initiative and served as a Research Fellow at Global Solution Networks. Educational credentials include an MBA and HBA from Ivey Business School and a brief academic experience at Harvard University.
