Nora Anwar

Nora Anwar currently serves as the Manager of Marketing and Communications at The Linux Foundation and the Alliance for OpenUSD (AOUSD), in addition to being the Manager of Product Marketing and Communications at the Overture Maps Foundation. Prior experience includes managerial roles in marketing and communications at LF AI & Data Foundation and a marketing manager position at VirgoCX. With earlier positions as a Communications Specialist at the University of the Western Cape and an Editorial Intern at VICE Media, Nora has developed a strong background in content creation and strategy execution across various platforms. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Cultural Anthropology from Uppsala University, a Graduate Certificate in Public Relations and Corporate Communications from Seneca Polytechnic, and a Bachelor's degree in Laws with a focus on Sociology from Renmin University of China.
