Anne Sempowski Ward is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in transforming and managing high-growth companies. As Chairwoman and Chief Executive Officer of CURiO Brands since March 2012, Anne has successfully revitalized a 40-year-old bath, body, and home fragrance company, achieving remarkable shareholder returns and executing significant private equity exits. Additionally, Anne serves as the Owner of Chicago Sky WNBA and Fort Lauderdale United FC and Volleyball. In the boardroom, Anne holds positions as an Independent Board Director for SPS Commerce and Vanda Pharmaceuticals, where leadership roles include chairing key committees. With a strong foundation in business consulting as Co-Founder and CEO of The FORWARD Group, and prior experience as President and COO at Johnson Publishing Company, Anne's academic credentials include an MBA from Duke University and participation in executive education programs at Harvard and Stanford.
