DeMille Michelle is a seasoned professional in the cosmetics industry with extensive experience in product development and management. Currently serving as Senior Product Development Manager at Milani Cosmetics since January 2024 and at The Lip Bar Inc. since April 2022, DeMille has previously held the role of Cosmetic Product Developer at Milani Cosmetics from January 2016 to April 2022. DeMille's expertise includes overseeing the development of complexion product launches from ideation to commercialization, as well as serving as Milani National Artist. Prior experience includes working as Head Resident Artist for Laura Mercier at Bloomingdale's and managing a counter at Nordstrom, where sales were increased significantly.
