Bernard McNeilly

Bernard P. McNeilly serves as the Executive Vice President at The LiRo Group, where responsibilities include leading the design services business units and managing client accounts for major clients in the Northeast. Previously, Bernard held various leadership positions at WSP USA, including President of the Northeast Region and East Operations, where accomplishments involved overseeing profit/loss and driving significant growth in revenue and backlog. Earlier career experiences include serving as Senior Vice President at Louis Berger, where Bernard managed pivotal projects such as the WTC Redevelopment, and earlier roles at Edwards and Kelcey, Dewberry, and the Port Authority Trans-Hudson Corporation. Bernard holds a Master of Science in Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
