David Frank

Resident Engineer, East Side Costal Resiliency at The LiRo Group

David Frank, PE, ENV SP, CCM, serves as a Resident Engineer for the East Side Coastal Resiliency project at The LiRo Group since September 2021. Previously, David held the position of Resident Engineer/Project Manager at Greeley and Hansen from June 2017 to September 2021, and served as a Resident Engineer at AECOM from May 2008 to June 2017, overseeing significant infrastructure projects such as trunk water main construction and emergency repairs for Metro-North Railroad and NYC DDC. Earlier in David's career, valuable experience was gained at Stantec (formerly Vollmer Associates) from February 2001 to May 2008, where projects included the construction of the Victory Bridge and various bridge repairs. David began a career in civil engineering as an Inspector at BAC Killam from 1991 to 1999, focusing on the rehabilitation of the Queensboro Bridge. Education was obtained at Fairleigh Dickinson University-Metropolitan Campus between 1987 and 1993.
